I don't know why you guys are bitching about how mean her boyfriend is , he's just teasing her , if you read further in the book he's actually caring , he waited outside with her for 3 HOURS in the cold and even did her homework when she didn't have time for it. HE'S JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER BOY IN SHOUJO MANGAS A SADIST. Get the fuck over it .

It's because of him that she has no time to do her homework, to busy doing his and she wouldn't had to wait outside for 3 hours if he had got her home on time like her brother said
