Like I don’t know how the workplace are but from my point of view, it kinda doesn’t make any sense that minor jobs like that could be piled up to the point where it heavily burdens people when it would be more simple to just hire a professional cleaner/ repairman to do such jobs in the first place. It just shows their negligence about the vet hospital’s well-being. I know interns will usually have to cope with such minor jobs before doing their main task but this is kinda overboard. I don’t condone such blatant bullying just bcuz their veterinarian interns refuse to do that “list” when logically speaking, some employees could do a few chores on that list in the past but they seem to regard it as “intern work only.” Honestly, it baffles me how these nurses think that they’re the one who’s wronged till this day. I mean, in the past, it might be the interns who were in the wrong for being such arrogant pricks but currently, the nurses are the one who’s wronging the interns.
