It was a shoujo manga I think...it was about a girl who ended up with a guy. They liked each other n did stuff ahem sex ahem...but then they found out they were siblings or smthing? Anyway at the end they thought of running away together n I remember something at the end that after the girl n the guy had final s*x the guy left her alone in bed n went out then he went a girl in her car n asked her if she wanted to go with him together somewhere n the guy was thinking like *after all I am a pervert* or something like that.
