I think the father is the celeb guy. This is just a wild guess however, I think he did became surrogate for the celeb guy, Kyle and his wife, and one of the child wasn’t healthy so (Emily) so he kept her or the guy didn’t wanted her because of that. Again just a wild guess

Idk the real father of the twins since all I know is Sean accepted to be a surrogate and hid Emily but I hope he'll take his baby boy back and give the love his son deserves. I want Sean and his twins to be happy together.
