At the webtoon beta can't get pregnant, and the photo is just an art for the beta child but it is not actually part of the story
The author is really active on twitter and has drawn quite a bit of Heesoo and Dojun's son (not apart of the story like the person about me stated).

I’ve been looking through Instagram and from time to time I see photos of them interacting with the baby especially hyesung (I think that’s his name I haven’t read in a while but the mother of the baby). There is a photo of a child with a reddish brown hair colour too who looks like the beta. I don’t remember if beta can get pregnant in this Webtoon but it looks like the beta and alpha had a kid unless I’m wrong and it’s just the DNA from the family. If there are more side stories I would like to read it ┗( T﹏T ).
