The reason people are feeling bad for Dojun and against the Doc is because he did rape Dojun. Dojun WAS DRUNK and cannot give consent therefore, he isn't sexy and he's an asshole who deserves to be slapped. There's a difference from knowing what you like, RESPECTING the person you're interested in and treating another person as a piece of meat you want to bang, especially while they're drunk which isn't just in poor taste, it is rape. It's a popular trope in manga, especially yaoi, but people are allowed to voice their opinions, just as much as you. You could've handled that comment a bit nicer but it's fine.
