The two of the, resolved it later and each have new lovers but Kuramoto definitely cheated on Reiji with Masato.
So people are saying Kuramoto didn't cheat because he broke it off with Reiji before finding Masato, but in the prequel, specifically on Ch1 pg 13 Reiji says: "While I was abroad expanding my career, my lover fell in love with another guy who is much younger than me.
