Nah I'm pretty sure it is as bad as it seems the only reason they are meeting up again is because of Yaoi logic. A lot of yaois always make the uke and the rapist meet up especially if he is the seme. That is just how they work

Sigh he was so drunk that doctor had to help him to the bed. He was so drunk he passed in the middle. Yup we got yaoi cliché where he was the one who proposed in the state of complete intoxication sex. Still rapy, still taking advantage of someone in such state is wrong.
Wow is it really hard to wait for the next chapter before deciding on this? Has the first season really been so cliche that this side story shouldn't make anyone think twice? I'm gonna wait and see before judging and see if the author surprises me..
