I would call the cops now and then head straight to a convenience store and stand near the employee at the register and make small talk and stuff for like 15 minutes now if i still dont feel safe i would call someone to either walk with me or for me to come hang out at their house for the night.
If you see a creepy and dirty individual aside the road or an individual who not right in the brain........ PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!..... Walk straight, don't answer its question, don't look it in its eye, don't get close stay a 10 to 40 in centimeters away from it..... UNDERSTOOD.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
