There was supposed to be an academy that Athy attends while running away and she meets the third love interest there.
It was during the festival where Claude and Athy should have met again. She went to meet her nanny and Claude knew that so he set up a barrier so Athy can't escape with magic and basically kept her hostage. If she tried to escape, it would ultimately hurt him in the process. Magic backfire. Jennette had no hand in making them meet again.
Jennette was not called by Claude. Ever.
There's a lot more dark magic and hypnosis going on around Jennette than what is shown here in the webtoon.
Claude's brother is already dead, a black magician is controlling the body and posing as him in the novel.
There's a lot more I guess. I said tweak but they completely changed the second part. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
So if you're thinking of reading the novel to know what happens next, it's useless.
