There`s a manga called "Imitation Game" that has a storyline like this but if I remember correctly ist started as alpha x alpha....
Could also be Kanraku Alpha, but ther the cause of turning into an omega is not the biting XD

I'm trying to find this omegaverse manga where there's a beta is always jokingly bitten by his friend in the nape, at least when the friend is asleep.
He thought nothing of it until someone reached out to him to tell him that because of the bites he's slowly turning into an omega..
I remember reading the first chapter somewhere but I can't seem to find it. ;-;
