I disagree, like Miyamoto left because he was worried about his son. And being a [good] parent means putting your child first, so he went with what he thought would be the best for his son. Like, I wish they would show us him telling Tadokoro about the situation, and not just have Miyamoto seem like a runaway bride after the first night together..but yeah. He was just being a responsible parent imo
If I was Tadokoro, I would not have taken Miyamoto back. It's like a girlfriend leaving her boyfriend to meet another man only to return when things get back with another child. I would have let him be. He did not even want to try work things out with Tadokoro.
