You know I love how this breaks an annoying repetitive cliche. Every time in webtoons the two girls are fighting against each other for a male lead who dint sh!t. I’ve dropped so many of them because of this.. the male lead is always garbage and the women fight over him. Even here, Psyche messed up, yes, but she was severely abused and manipulated into doing so, people still find more energy to hate on her and insult her than the prince; and whether we want it or not this has roots in normalised misogyny we find often in media (books movies or tv shows...). Here the author made it clear that the real enemy was not Medea or Psyche but Yialos. It makes me so happy. They are two drastically different people, one « innocent, naive pure » and the other strong and independent, but that doesn’t mean they should be against one another. I guess what I’m trying to say is, women supporting women is my kink ヾ(☆▽☆)
