Sometimes it's because of the uploader or it can be bad internet connection
Eh. It's happened on a lot of mangas (at least for me). The ones that quickly come to mind are Hyacinth and My Darling Signed In

Am I the only one that's getting blurry manga pages?? Like, sometimes, the manga chapters updated are so blurry I can barely read the dialogue and the only clear page would be the last one. Just wanted to know if it was my server or something else.
