Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading this type of manga. The only thing I don't understand is why the high school girl ALWAYS is 15 and in her first year of HS? Whats wrong with being like 17-18 and not that far from graduating? I think this is why the story goes on forever without really going anywhere. Well, I keep on reading it anyway. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I'm sure that's exactly why they do it, more time to do slow burn.. but I feel like you, I would prefer she be older, and the burn could still be slow

Same here. At first I thought she was about 17, and thougt well, normally this would be a bit iffy (he's gotta be at least 21, right?), but it's a cute manga, so oh well... but then I realized she was FIFTEEN at the beginning of the manga. I'm trying real hard to forget it and suspend my disbelief, but seeing everyone cheering them on now gives me seriously mixed feelings.

I’ve realised it happens a lot in Japanese romance mangas, there’s usually a really big age gap between the main characters. Lowkey creepy
