This is an old manga i've read it during my hs days so 6-7yrs ago. If i remember correctly it's a yaoi/shounen ai manga, fairly long about 30-50 chaps and really heavy on drama.
It is set on an old japanese household that has a pair of twin girls (this was revealed at the end), each twin bore a male child and their children are the mc of the story. Twin1's son is gay and twin2's son is a prick, homophobic, manages the family's business and does everything for his mom (the good son).
Twin2 compares her life to her twin and i believe she has a mental prob bec of it and at the end she kills herself after she broke down (a family secret triggered it). Her son broke down too after hearing the news and rushed to the hospital.
Don't remember much of the gay son's story cause i remembered being shocked that their mothers were twins. I think they were in love with the same man??
