I think the story is quite interesting, especially for the setting and the era it seems to be happening.
The main characters are statics in their personality, they don't or barely change. Seungho is still behaving with his physchopathic persoanlity and tendencies while Nakyum is still a crybaby (haha). What seem to really progress is the events of the story and it seems to all revolve around Nakyum's teacher. I think his instructor play a major role in the story because Nakyum loves him and want to please him, he wants his approval. Thus, he will do nearly anything (even though he can be very ckumsy) to make that happen. The will of the instructor influence on Nakyum's actions and the latter's action will then influence Seungho's actions, reactions, because he can somewhat see through Nakyum's vain tries to gain the instructor's approval.
In the end, Seungho is the one holding the leash on the intructor and Nakyum because he firstly terrifies Nakyum and it forces the latter to obey him. Then, he also has quite the leash on the intructor because he could help him to ascend a high position in the government.
It makes me wonder who is a real mastermind in this story...
