Okay... So ummm I love the story. But I also finished reading Noblesse. Yes, this story is freaking long. But so is Bleach, Naruto, etc. I'm getting this for free, so unless the story stops for no reason... I don't see a reason to complain. {Just my personal opinion}
Here's the run down: There are 3-4 main characters (not including X). We follow each one's journey to how they matured (or lack of) and discover their true desires. Right now it's down to the 4 ppl to win in this game of DICE that was created by X and the "Final Die" itself. The die gives powers to those with VERY STRONG DESIRES. The only reason why the "Knife Girl" is even considered as the top 4 is because the Final Die is using her as it's trump card. Princess wants to give all her dice (including her power dice w/in her body) to Hero to help him defeat Hoodie Guy, because his desire is more pure vs Hoodie Guy's desires.
Desires so far (yeah so I'm gonna butcher some names here {sorry in advance})::: 1. Dontage (aka Hero):: Dice to existed; to help those in suffering or in need; to become a better/ stronger person {not revenge}. NOTE: He did start PK'g (killing for die or power dice) once he realized Mio is dead ( or high likely died) even though he worked to gain extra time for her. He missed it. And he no longer have the magical die he used before when he saved her last time (albeit she lost her magical die and returned to her original self>> only to be stabbed be Knife Girl.
2. Enyaue (aka Princess):: Hopes to remove all Dice and go back to how it was before Dice existed; or just little bit better. But REALLY wants to end ALL Dice.
3. Mooyung (aka Hoodie guy):: Initially to reset the Die; it altered and became darker to erase everything and reset the whole world to where none of it ever happened nor existed and the deaths created would be alive again; it seems like his guilt is his motivation.
4. (aka Knife Girl):: I may be wrong but it seems like her desire is to not be noticed due to whatever trauma she has w/her video being broadcasted everywhere. So she's willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that it never happened in the first place or get revenge on those who released (or took video of her).
5. X(Scary floating kid):: His desire was to have someone to play with and to never be alone. The first couple of chapters is about him. Then Dontage, Enyuana, Mooyung (via Taeban).
I hope this explains everything.
Keep in mind, more people are helping Hero bc he managed to damage the die and he is better alternative to Hoodie guy (whom is now absorbing people and altering their desires to his own).
