I love the book, a must-read! As a greek polytheist, it's one of the rare fictional worlds set in Ancient Greece that don't get angry in some way.
As far as I know, there are no manga about them nor do I know any Greek based ones except Priapus. There are some other homosexual books set in Ancient Greece that I know. But your best bet is just reading fanfiiction or Iliad.
*The movie Troy, is very inaccurate. It will probably get you frustrated like me.
** I would suggest the movie Alexander. Not great (pun intended), but Alexander The Great and his buddy did kinda try to be like Patroclus and Achilles, and the movie makers kept that bit :D
