Just to be clear for those who will try to twist my words, I don’t support pedophilia nor do I support rape or any other crimes being committed or being committed on to others. I’m just saying that automatically classifying someone as a pedo or a supporter of such for such a small thing like this is dumb. Reading a fan comic like this on a one off thing doesn’t make you an instant predator that can’t be near children

Wow, even after all I said, I still have a comment like this. I didn’t even say I enjoyed the rape in the manga, I said if I liked the *manga* that had rape in it. Even if a manga has rape in it, sometimes you can look past the rape part and look forward to the plot of the manga, if the plot isn’t mostly centered on rape. I pray that next time, you read more throughly instead of making false accusations.
It's all very strange that is the world of yaoi... I find it really interesting though because yaoi is in most cases a guilty pleasure. the reaction to rape in yaoi depends on what setting the manga is, and how much care there is for the characters. For yaoi, I think most can agree that they like the steamy parts if not the most then a considerable amount, if not then you read shounen-ai, because of this there isn't a lot of time to build the characters in yaoi, they don't seem like real people, therefore, rape doesn't seem as bad. When you have a doujinshi that uses this plot device on well-loved and protected characters, of course, you don't want to see them being raped.
For example; reader x character, you see so much of that reader x BNHA it's not funny, now think of some random porn with made-up characters, no x reader there because they don't remind you of real people. I agree that enjoying seeing rape in manga is bad, but at the same time, I don't want to see all the characters as sex-crazed idiots that'll happily take off their pants, that's why it's so popular in porn.
The human mind is weird, desiring a good plot, realistic characters, interesting scenarios and (when feeling up to it) lots of steamy scenes which if pretty impossible unless you want to read something with +10 chapters. I don't support rape, but I'm also hesitant to say whether or not it deserves so much hate, as I won't deny that it gets the steamroller rolling very fast.
I see a lot of people hating on this because deku is a child and also see people hating on other people for not caring that deku is a child and accusing them of supporting pedos and child porn just because they liked one story on shota. I honestly don’t understand. Just because someone liked a doujinshi that had shota in it doesn’t mean they supports pedophilia or think it’s ok. Not caring about about a child having sex in a fictional story doesn’t automatically make that person a bad person in real life. I see that argument everywhere, and it’s just so dumb. I saw a comment that only said that they liked the art and just got spammed with hate for being a child porn supporter. Like, why? I find people who think this so simple minded. For example, does me reading and liking a manga with rape in it make me a rapist or a rape supporter? No, and to say that I am is really stupid. Reality and fantasy are too different things and me liking or not fighting on something that happens in fantasy doesn’t mean that I support it in real life. Can you guys please stop hating on this? I don’t even care for the doujinshi like that and I can see that it doesn’t deserve all the hate it is getting.
