Anyway, this is not a oneshot but a manhwa of 3 volumes. So, don't blame the author for the cliffhanger, it's the scanlation dropout false (they've only translated 2 volumes)!

From what I saw this really is a oneshot taken from a collection called Youth, which is not scanlated. But this collection includes works from different authors so I think this is really completed. I'm confused
DON'T READ THIS!! It's not going to have an end as the project seems to be dropped long ago. I can't find any raw scans either... So sad, although it was really good story, it would just stop with cliffhanger...
