I shouldn’t have read it

I’ve been avoiding this story like it’s the plague because I already had a preconceived idea of what the story was. Of course this was my biased opinion that I took from the cover image and some reviews I read which led me to believe what the story was about. Now after reading and realizing it’s not what I originally thought but a far more complicated plot. I am now left with my brain completely shot with information that I think I have no way of recovering at 2am. (This is not to say the story wasn’t good but just having your previous ideas be completely different from what actually happened is a weird feeling)
