First, are you on mobile mode or desktop mode?

- select drop down menu (≡)
- select setting
- upload photo
- scale to your liking
- save

[desktop mode]
- click on your profile picture icon
next to the notifications
- select setting
- upload photo
- scale to your liking
- save

anywho, I used ibispaint or any picture-edit-app-type-shit to crop my image all the way to the top left and it came out sorta blurry so..
