Okay so I don’t remember a lot but I know that the main character moved back into his home town I believe? That’s where he met a god and the god said he is waiting for his wife. Then the main character leaves and tells his name to the god and the god realized the main character was his wife. That’s the first plot I believe. Then a while after the main character and his dog get attacked by some animal and the god turned into a dragon and flew away with them.
