To those who are wondering as to why there are differing versions of the manga. I went and bought the manga from Renta.jp. The versions being updated here ( Ch 3 and 4 i guess )is from the Tonkoubon ver which is the most updated one. This might have been due to the manga being serialised once in Shinshokan in 2016 and again in Tokyo Mangasha in 2019.
One would assume the author or editor changed it due to reasons ( although I do feel the original 2016 ver was abit more dramatic before it got cut off ).
