I agree, I didn't think he was cheating either. They agreed to break up and I think Osamu went along with it so the uke would finally realise that Osamu is the only one he needs. And we got to see that.
I love thing manga and I don't thing the reason for you to hate it and also I don't thing he is cheating. The other one know about it and still chose to be with him so it okay. They both know it so it is okay
