Chanwoo was not obligated to accept MD’s confession if he didn’t have feelings for him at that time and seeing how he just got played and used by a potential boyfriend must have hurt him so bad that he doesn’t want to lose what he has with MD at the same night and he has every right to feel that way. He has gone through so much with his abusive ex boyfriends so MD slapping him was a huge step back.
