It’s gonna be long, because of the latest chapter I reread it again.
There are hints that he might have other personality.
- He asked Yoshie “How much of me isn’t myself”
- He told Kureshima to talk while he was being himself
- Kenta told him he was lonely without him at nights but Masato can’t remember what he was doing at nights. (Which I think might have to do with the thugs disappear)
- Kureshima found him at night (the night he brought him to his mansion)but to me he wasn’t himself.
-And I believe when he rejected others “Don’t touch me” is the sign of him isn’t himself too.

i think he is craving for the flower’s nectar, he even licked it on the floor. And Kenta keep bringing the flowers to him too. (My theory is they used nectar flower to train him and when the master is not around he was craving)
Well, about his master I think Masato really like his master he thought his master is his everything but he also want to know the world outside so...
Anyway I wish he has the happy ending with Kureshima and his master can died rotten
