Thats totally Peter Pan...Still don't understand the symbolism behind his guest appearance..
Possibly relates to the Peter Pan book, not the movie. The mother plays a bigger part in the book. That's just a guess though.
I think because it's London? I can't really remember but I think they fly past Big Ben in the movie. I think it's supposed to be just a random little foreign reference.
I actually really enjoyed that manga. Often I found myself saying I'd only read one chapter and end up reading 2 or 3 at one time. I loved how the first volume was about the Masamoto and Izuka and then the rest of the series was about Hiroki and Miki.
