I don't remember much about it but the seme was like stalking/really obsessed with the uke, so I think he paid people off to spread rumors about him selling himself, and went undercover as a student at the uke's university. I think the seme also ended up as a supervisor at the uke's workplace (i think the uke's dad owned the company). I also remember someone commenting that the manga gave them color recipe vibes and I agreed.
