I hate how childish their train of thought is

This is why I dislike some children on this site. You can dislike the relationship between the two main characters but to say that 'he should have chosen the other guy' is simply childish.
So what if he's a great guy? If you have zero feelings for someone that way, you have zero feelings for someone. What's toxic is trying to force someone who doesn't like someone that way, to be with him just because YOU like him better.
YOU like him better? YOU date him. Don't expect others to date someone because of YOUR feelings for that person. Ya'll are weirdos.
