What chapter does the anime ends here?

I cant say for certain because how the pace goes and a little of the story is kind of different between the manga and the anime

I suggest to read chaper 48, 49 and 50 first because theres this merchant guy who is introduced and is doing a long term business with tempest and it builds up to the story on how rimuru find ramiris labirynth..

Then after that is what happen in ramiris labyrinth.. is basically the same...

Then you can start on chap 54 to understand the future plot build up until rimuru meets sakaguchi hinata like how the anime ends..
