the genre of the novel is bl and it does have an extra with sex part at the end of the novel, but yeah, sadly in the donghua adaptation it was heavily censored and the live action, cql (a.k.a the untamed) only did a little bit justice to wangxian stories

It might have a kiss or two and there are some extras made on Twitter that you can access here that does have sex in it but it isn’t authorized by the people publishing the actual work and it is still a little bit censored as well. I can send a link to the extras because someone did publish them on here.
oh ok I just wanted to make sure its not censored as in the whole gay part is omitted (and they're just best buddies), I didn't expect to see any sex at all anyway because it's shounen ai anyway
