The plot is about seme being the popular and famous student council who had recently had an accident and came back. But surprise to everyone, after he came back he started to chase the uke openly as in confessing and saying love words out loud. Everyone, including the uke himself thinks that in the accident the seme hit his head hard and went crazy, because is impossible that the famous and handsome seme would chase after a plain and normal guy like him.
