so here's a theory, if MC is "the same" as the humans of this world like Diehauser said, also considering the claims of inhumans being an invasive species, and how he used Earth technology, also MC felt someone watching him from the "2nd moon" - what if this whole planet is some space experiment where people get sent to and some kinda inhuman creatures were either already there and humans just got dropped into or the inhumans were created here and the "2nd moon" houses people who decided to play God and are controlling this world - or aliens.
2nd theory, this is future Earth and the "2nd moon" is some kinda invasion of "people" possibly aliens, possibly humans from Earth that decided to play God.
Also, i feel like this manga needs a mecha and scifi genre tag.
