They just don't understand that this is a fantasy type set in a strange era type with futuristic elements. It's just how the culture is perceived so if they want to ignore that and call it racism let them be childish. -.- I've seen so many negative posts that scream the stuff they've skipped over, but it's whatever.
I agree with you in the real world it's something that won't change it's just how people are. It's harder to find an environment that isn't racist to that light extreme they showed. I was thankful my mother raised me to see the inner personality instead of the skin color since it's only skin that can change it's tone be it with sun, no sun, surgery, cancer, ect. Finding those folks that are accepting are a lot harder to find.
They say the children are our future, but if we don't take the time to polish the children early on the equality then you get what you see, racism continues to flourish and breed more racism. Maybe a day long into the future we might be rid of that racism factor, but when it happens we might not be around to see it. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

Exactly, if it’s not how the author thought then it shouldn’t have even been included. The fact they kept calling him disgusting and ugly, just because his skin was darker is RACISM. I don’t care if the op is mixed.

Sure was not the best decision, but gosh the autor just wanted to make him look diferent and chose this way. Not the best but theres no need for all this. // i understand why since the recent stuff that has been happening but this is a comic, lets worry more about the real life racism/blackface than a 3 pages comic.
