Im guessing the glasses guy is dating a girl with the same name as the guy he used to love, Micchan. And he was reminiscing to the last time they ever spoke. Micchan acted carefree but was actually depressed and suffering because he would sell his body for money and probably thought he wasn't good for a better life. Whenever he confessed wanting to kill himself to glasses guy, glasses guy thought he was just joking around. And as a "joke" glasses guy said he would stop Micchan from killing himself by holding him (having sex with him). Micchan took his word for it and they had sex, and afterwards he jumped off the roof committing suicide. Im guessing because he knew they couldn't be together or something. So he wanted one last happy memory before killing himself. At the end he tells the girl also named Micchan that they should get married. And then says "just kidding", just like he did to boy Micchan many years before.
