There was this manga where two guys are reunited as adults (or old teens?). When they were kids the other guy barely spoke Japanese. He still liked the other boy (though mistook him for a girl?) and confessed his feelings. The other boy misunderstood because the flower the other guy was holding shared a name with a girl in their friend group, so he thought that the first boy meant "I like the girl with the flower name". Then the non-Japanese speaking kid was taken back to where he came from. Now they are older and the guy came to look for his first love, but he doesn't know it was a guy and the other guy thinks he's looking for the flower name girl. What's the name of this manga?
