Yaoi is for 18+ and we are all aware that in real life rape is a serious and horrible crime. If you don't like stories with rape in them then don't read them. Glancing at the comments easily shows if there is rape involved. The people commenting are not the mangaka and throwing a prissy little bitch fit does nothing but make you look like an asshat. Also if you are going to insult people then you should at least have the decency to have an account so everyone can see what you like to read.

We all know how serious rape is in real life—in yaoi, what most mangaka are depicting are not real life rape scenarios, they are rape fantasies which ppl have in real life. It's a way of relief and how people sometimes cope with their fantasies. The only difference is mangaka draws them out and some people keeps it in the head. People who read it don't support it neither do the writers/artists.
