Most importantly, his "part-time job" is working as a call-boy/male prostitute/ professional "companion " of women who pays him , and of course, he has a "handler" aka pimp. He's even the most popular call boy in the group. So, no, this manga is not cute at all. He finds his short memory loss very convenient because he can just erase the record of his activities from his cell, and then forget whatever has transpired in his job.... I assume this includes sex with his clients. This reminds me of another manga B.O.D.Y. where the ML also works as a host. More often than not, the ML is also paid for extra "work" outside of the host club, where he is picked up by clients at his high school.
