Now glasses,is the doctor that sid tried to have offed so CAIN couldn't recover,ovi he's trapped on earth and figured out a way to regenerate & clone himself ,he also seems to mad scientist experiments ,which looks like chibi baby is one. But he wants a strong door to experiment on,to remove its seal and pass it on to someone else as ownership so they can use the door,cause only one demon per door. He just noticed CAIN & bae partnership ain't normal.
