    How I interpreted it: He’s pregnant with 3 kids. One is related by blood, but the other two (which are twins) are mutations. They’re close to death (possible miscarriage?) because of Ino’s hypnosis. The hypnosis caused his body to split into two parts; he’s male and female. Because of that, the babies are at risk.
