I've never seen Zhan Zhen Xi being aggressive lol rather if anyone's a tiny bit aggressive then that's Jian Yi (lighter blonde hair parted in the middle).

I think it's because we'll eventually find out why Jian Yi mysteriously disappeared for years. Maybe his disappearance was on purpose on his part and ZZX was disappointed? It's hard to say since we don't know the whole past yet.
honestly im confused bc i decided to read the beggining again and jian yi / zhan zheng xi relationship is sooooo not the same as now even tho the chapters of the beggining are supposed to be happening after.... Like they don't seem best friends at all, zhan Zhen Xi is rlly "agressive" towards jian yi, whereas id say he is rlly protective and they are close friends in the chapters happening in middle school... Did the author decided to change the plot or has their relationship just worsened lol?
