It took me a while to know who he is but yes! He is that dragon/merman guy. I think it's sweet that he found her again and got to be together with her again. I wonder if that guy knows about the FL being reincarnated into his daughter. Although I'm glad that she's now considered half and it can mean that she would have a long life with ml at last
