Min gyeom has a condition where his body produces too much blood which is bad for him so he needs to keep on donating in a way. He didn't become a vampire, his complexion is pale from the start. It's kinda like a pact between him and the vampire, min gyeom produces too much blood and the vampire needs blood...so win win
In the chapter 0, it made Min Gyeom looked like he became a vampire too.. So what is it?? Did he became a vampire too?? Or just gonna get old and die??
