+ also for oscar, tbh nothing rlly happens to him but i felt rlly bad, he sold out his family for treason against the royal family which caused them all to be beheaded, and also mielle doesn’t actually love oscar as much as we think she does, she got over him really fast which was surprising to say the least. also, mielle’s personal maid gets beheaded in front of mielle for trying to posion aria through a different maid so that was satisfying

i mean yeah i really wanted to read about their children etc but tbh that sex scene was quite satisfying as well ;))someone wrote here that they had some juicy sex ... i mean its really hard for me to read novels online and the only thing that kept me motivated was to read that sex scene LMAOOOO
i also thought the side stories with her finding her actual dad and spending time with her grandmother was very heartwarming. at first she didnt know how to react to her grandmother showering her with love since she never knew what family love was so she rejected her at first, but she slowly started to accept her and even cried a bit when she had to leave ): ALSO aria’s mother remarries aria’s actual father
dude that sex scene was on a different LEVEL i was sitting there thinkin how this gonna look like in the webtoon LMAO
oh yeah i felt it was kinda...off the ending. i wish we could've seen more but even in the end aria never really recovered from what happened in her past life...she was just barely learning how to be affectionate and being empathetic...i really liked that she stayed a villain throughout the whole story but i wish we could've seen when she wasn't like that anymore
same i felt like i the author could have developed her character more and actually make her realize she’s capable of being loved/love back, hopefully the webtoonist tries to do something like this
++ more spoilers but aria isnt the only one with special powers like time traveling 5 seconds. the ML/asher is able to travel long distances in a short amount of time (something like teleportation¿ i kinda forgot how he described it), this was partially why aria was able to not get framed by mielle. ML gave aria this bracelet that if broken, the ML will teleport wherever aria was since it would mean she was in danger. aria’s bracelet was broken (forgot how) when her stepfather fell down the stairs, mielle screamed that aria pushed him down, asher teleports and gets aria and teleports out of there, and then they run off to the neighboring kingdom (where the foreign king lives)
she was really awkward about it and i get it but yeah maybe they'll make it as though she was happier than what the ending in the novel gave us hhhh
*clarification, step father didnt fall down, but got pushed down by mielle, resulting him into getting into a coma and when he wakes up, remembers everything but is paralyzed*
so timeline of events:
mielle tries to frame aria>ml and aria runs away to foreign kingdom>mielle tries to frame aria but fails since ml and aria made “fake evidence” she wasn’t at the house when her step dad was pushed down the stairs (basically, they went to an inn/hotel, got receipts to show what time they were there, and used this evidence to show that it was impossible for aria to get to that hotel/inn within a couple of hours if it was a days worth of traveling)>princess isis tries to lead a revolt, but gets backstabbed instead>nobles gets beheaded>mielle becomes a maid, loses her mind, and ends up being framed for her brother’s death>and then side stories of her wedding, meeting her actual father, and more
this isnt the only thing that happens in the novel btw, this was just the final arcs/most memorial parts. there’s a LOT of events that happen between what is happening rn in the webtoon vs the time mielle tries to frame aria so it might take another season or two before we reach these final arcs.
yeah the ending is good but i wished we get to see abit more like her reign as queen and children etc.

there’s 288 chapters so it’ll take a while t finish but it’s sooo worth it! the ending is satisfying in terms of revenge (romance wise, it could have been better) but it is a must read
question for those who read the novel+spoilers
did anyone else not feel satisfied by the ending? like not as in how everything ended (i was pretty satisfied with the revenge) but we didnt get to see their children which i was pretty bummed out abt ): if anyone wants spoilers on how mielle died, heres for what i remember from reading the novel (umm keep in mind i havent read it in months so my memory is a bit foggy) basically, the aristocratic party (princess isis? wait what that her name LMAO i forgot, the sister of oscar) led a revolt against the royal family with a foreign king from a different country, however the foreign king ended up beind on the ML’s side and basically pulled a sike bitch u thought and had a every aristocrat/noble killed/heads cut off in public EXCEPT mielle and her older brother. aria wasn’t a noble anymore after this cause her father ended up losing his title for being an aristocrat + ended up dying (forgot to mention that mielle tried to frame aria by pushing their father off the stairs to try and make it seem that aria tried murder him, this failed) aria took mielle in as a maid and basically mielle went crazy thinking that aria was a god to her and why would aria ever despise her own sister blah blah and her older brother was taken in as a servant at the royal palace. aria basically invites the older brother to have tea with her, mielle poisons the tea that was meant for anne (aria manipulated the situation to where mielle hates anne due to anne bossing her around but aria ordered her to do so) but the tea ended up being drank by the brother, causing him to die and frame mielle of killing her brother, causing her to be beheaded the next day. so yeah thats how she died, ALSO aria is actually part of a royal/noble family of the kingdom of where the foreign king reigns which was part of the side stories! so shes not “just the daughter of a prositute” :)
