Its Seinen (im sure of it), theres this guy (not sure if hes a hikikomori or a NEET) but he likes to steal the bicycle seat (?) and gets off to it after imagining girls riding them bikes.. uhh and then one day theres this one girl who keeps stalking him and confessed. The guy was surprised at first but slowly warmed up to her ( they also had sex i think).. at the end it turns out the girl had a broken family and the family all did suicide together. The guy lives on, gets a job and remembers her from time to time. I think the title had something to do with sunflower but that might just be my imagination playing on me lol
