Man this argument is used at every manga with rape and is not a good one. So what if it is a manga. Of course rape in manga is just fiction and didn't really happen (what is wonderful because rape is a serious crime). What everyone that complains means is that the idea of rape and posterior Stockholm syndrome being "cute", "hot", "sexy", "sweet" or whatever is sick. Rape is rape. Non consensual sex. A crime. Someone you don't know or don't like or don't love or simply don't want to have sex with puts his penis in your vagina or anus or mouth against your will and you can't do anything besides wait for him to finish while crying and struggling. It is not cute or hot or sexy it is disgusting and traumatic. You will feel impotent, weak, tainted, gross, dirty and probably for the rest of your life. So yeah it is ok if only on manga.
Agreed. Unfortunately, rape is such a common theme in yaoi that I don't think people will stop any time soon. It's the same issue as porn for men.
