I'm looking for this manga it's yaoi and it's about a guy that have some kind of a disease and he often goes to the hospital, the one day he is in the university's library and meet a suspicious guy that turns out to be his cousin, I also remenber that his cousin was in a club related to animals and he is trying to help the guy to cure his disease I think.
