I object the notion of bringing one's personal issues into their work environment. It is purely unprofessional and disruptive, and said employee should take responsibility over it. (Snap out of it or step down from your post, toxic bish) Moreover, I agree that Uke has caused mental scars to Seme, but it is a fact that puppy love will only bring you so far, also, everyone is free to have their own preferences as in Uke's case.
